Lillian is a highly energetic and experienced businesswoman who combines her professional experience with her coach training.  After 15 successful years in sales and marketing in various industries, she made a transition to 13 profitable years as an owner of a printing company in New York City.  Now her passion of supporting other business owners has resulted in Lillian becoming certified as a coach and the founding of Pegasus Pathways in 2001.  Since then, she has been inspiring and challenging her clients to create meaningful success in life and business by offering customized coaching programs for individuals and groups across the country.

Lillian has enjoyed various speaking engagements throughout the years as well as contributing articles to a number of business and special interest magazines.  Audiences across the U.S. consistently give rave reviews for breakout sessions and presentations.

Lillian maintains her credentials as a Certified Integral Coach (CIC) with New Ventures West Coaching School, CA, and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.

Finally, her Arabian gelding Cassanova has been winning ribbons with Lillian aboard – a dream come true for this Brooklyn girl!
